Don't think it should be valued at 80 Keys
The gatsby sale will most definitely be lower than this. The sale ends up being ~150 - gatsby, so even at buyers value on that, the sale would not surpass 124, which makes it realisticly close to current. I'm not so sure rejecting that sale and only going by the higher sale is a good idea here. Normally Id vouch to leave unupdated in such a case, or to use the gatsby at current as the range would be a more appropriate relfection of its selling value than only the high end.

That means the gatsby can be refreshed and the sale can be used to set the low end here.
