Seller now at 100.

The. Sale. Was. Invalid. Jesus, it sold in less than 12h after going tradeable, therefore it's not usable as it's a qs. Not to mention that this is 1/3, you can't suggest 1/3 with a single sale (unless no other sales in months and this hasn't even been out for a single full month yet) from what I know, let alone an invalid one.
I've seen you call out other people's quicksales for not being a quicksell on scrap.tf auctions (even under same circumstance where a sale was less than 2 days), but when it's a hat you own, it's now a quicksale and should be invalid? Conjecture means nothing, only sales. If 85 is truly a quicksale, then future sales will counter it and this will be re-suggested. If not, then that is that. And don't think about accusing them of sabotage again if they leave this open; they closed the first one just to give you a better chance, but still unsold after 1+ week of you "quickselling" it.
There's a difference between discounting 10% and calling it a quicksell than falsely trying to price a 1/3 unpriced unusual with a single sale what is according to the site rules counted as a quicksell and not usable in suggestions. No, you can't price this 85 and resuggest with future sales when the 85 keys price is, by rules, not suggestable to begin with. Is it really that hard to understand?
A quicksell is a sale that occurs that multiple parties (ie traders and suggesters) agree that it is a quick selling price. Whether that be because it was sold quick (however this isn't always the case) OR if others consider it not a quicksell. I sure wouldn't pay 85 pure for it. It seems to much to me. A quicksale for this unusual would be around the 50 key mark. As there are buyers for that.
As you're trying to go for a single sale suggestion I won't copy anything else from the rules.
Exception 2: Rare Hats
Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:
There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months -The very first existing one went tradeable 2 weeks ago.
If the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred OR the hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack. -Again, it has been tradeable for 2 weeks, not unsold for a month.
The hat is not a new hat / effect (i.e. new Halloween effects during the Halloween event). You must wait until after the event is over to price these based on a single sale. -Its a new hat, not an event hat/effect so not sure about that but 1/3 and new none the less.
It doesn't meet all criterias, questionable if any at all.
It sold fast and 85 is way below any other burning flames merc grades first accepted prices. The buy orders weren't around when I bought it and simply popped up after the first suggestion you made showed up.
There was no difference. The suggestion at 105 (was unpriced) for the clairvoyance caribou, for what you were calling out as not a quicksell at 90, the hat sold in under 2 days of listing, and was the only sale used, just like your Snowcapped. Yet you were "quickselling" yours for even higher than the suggestion, and only complain there's a 'false suggestion' using a 'quicksale' when you own the hat, not when others are selling a hat with a suggestion with exact same circumstance. So I'm sorry, but this seems like you're only going against this suggestion because it negatively impacts you, rather than for the greater interest of pricing unusuals accurately.
A hat that sells quickly, isn't always a quicksale. If you want to argue that rules state it's a quicksell and unusable, you should have read where it says "Time is only one factor used to determine a quicksell" (not citing full quicksale guidelines and clarifications here). Comparisons to other hats don't matter and is not a factor, only sales for this specific hat and effect. And suggestions have passed before under circumstances that don't fully meet, for example, exception 2 (including the caribou, since then I'm more aware of what may count as a quicksale). Why? Because price suggestion guidelines are not 100% entirely set in stone for every single sale and suggestion. They're good, highly detailed guidelines but there are times when, in this example, a sale should not be excluded if it doesn't fall perfectly within all of them, varying from case to case, and the sale in this suggestion may be one such case, all things considered.
So this sale is still suggestable, even if there is uncertainty. Just let this ride, it does not have to be closed for the time being. You are, however, free to provide more sales for this hat if/when they occur. There is a current seller at 99 to keep an eye on.
Whatever you say, I doubt this suggestion will pass. Multiple rules go against this suggestion and I've stated that already so I don't bother discussing this any further in the comments with anyone who doesn't moderate/accept price suggestions.
Oh boy, you're one of *those* people, aren't you.

Two untraces since it moved so fast
Again, this passed

Same situation here, except looks like this is an actual fair price for this hat. 85 isn't quickbuy price, otherwise there would be buys at that
I've seen far too many people claim their unpriced hat is 'quickbuy price' because they can, when in reality it's bs.
Stop whining on suggestions, this isn't questionable. If you want some hard evidence go bother the people in that item history and see what their sales were instead of your own doubts, which no one cares about.
https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198143892308#!/compare/1547164800/1547337600 And this one was bulk.
Ugh, now 2 of the owners are selling at 99, other one has 3 man history so you need to look into that. I give up .-.
