Taking 17 flat, one buyer shouldn't counter.
Sale 1 would be 21 right? I'm not opposed to 17-21 even though there are sellers at 20. But my guess is I would be the minority in that camp. I wouldn't have a problem if another mod accepted.
I'm interested in hearing your train of thought. Why would it be ok to keep sales that are above sellers? I know there are some situations that call for it, so is this one of them? Or is it something else that I'm missing, or haven't thought of?
Yikes, one seller is there for 3 months. No, no reason in this case to go over 20. Generally, though, even if there were 3 sellers at 20, if none was more than a week or two old, I would be okay with a range above that. Just because some people can't sell in a week for 20 doesn't mean an experienced trader can't get more in a month of selling which would be a reasonable time period for an unusual sale.
