Going with a price of 20-30 keys. A high-end of 40 is way too high with a current seller for 25 keys, so I'm calling 39-40 an outlier.

The 16 sale was also relatively low, and with a buyer for 20 keys, the low-end for 20 keys is fine.

Despite a current seller for 25 keys, sales closer to 30 keys occur very often and should not be excluded from the price.

The fact that marketplace and SCM key prices are always like 40 cents away really bothers me.
