Taking 19 - 23 keys.

I think it's unfair to include 19 in the range (quickbuyer at 19 and others at 18+) and not include all the sales over 23. I would personally favor 19-25 but my guess is that other people would advocate for 20-23. I think either can work.

23 seller seems to have sold for 19, to the 19 key buyer.

I agree that excluding all the sales over 23 feels unfair, but with that 23 having sold, it seems reasonable to include up to 24 now.

Honestly, any of those would be fine - 19-24, 20-24, 20-23. I leave it up to you and the voters.
