Say a 50 key hat + 50 keys hat + 50 key hat + 50 key hat sell for a 200 key hat. Doesn't make sense to use a 200 key hat to price one of the 50 key hats. Always best to use lower tier hats to price higher tier hats. Our general rule is the hat must make up at least 50% of the trade value.

In both your third sale and the one y3ezz provides, the private eye makes up <50% of a bulk trade with many items. We shouldn't use either of those to price it. But you can tell that the value of it in both of those was definitely less than 180 which usually gives you a general idea that 180 may be an outlier since traders are valuing it less than that in other trades.
