Sale @ 0.22 over the past 30 days seems like an outlier when there is 23 sales over the past 30 days @ 0.11

The one sale at 0.22 is not an outlier. It's one scrap more. Given we have sellers at it, it's safer to include it.

In addition to my point earlier, timing of the sales matter too. Our price on this website is based on the selling value of an item in a reasonable amount of time. The sales at 0.22 happened weeks ago which either means that (1) it takes an unreasonably long time to sell at 0.22 but it can sell if you are patient for weeks or (2) it could sell for 0.22 several weeks ago but it doesn't sell as well now because the value has declined.

In either situation, 0.22 should not be included.
