Here's a strange one. Heh. Let's get this hat on the board!
This is the first suggestion I'm making where I (think I) actually have an idea what I'm doing, so hopefully I won't mess this up too badly.
I traded a Frostbite Boxcar Bomber (Valued at 145 keys) for this hat and a Phosphorous Ye Oiled Baker Boy (Valued at 26-31 keys).
In this post (imgur) there are pictures of the two trades relevant to this suggestion: The Bomber for 145k pure and proof of the Bomber -> Tundra Top + Ye Oiled trade.
The Bomber's price is about 8 months old, but there are only 3 in existence, and the others haven't made any appearances recently. The active one sold about 2 weeks ago for 145k pure.
While we're at it, here's the Backpack Comparison (backpack.tf) of my backpack when the Bomber sold for the Tundra Top and the Baker Boy. Please ignore the non-unusual items, as they weren't involved in the trade.

With an agreed upon Unusual Overpay of ~15%, the 145k value of the Bomber lowers itself to an effective value inside this trade of ~123.5k. By removing the Baker Boy's 26k - 31k from the trade, this gives the Tundra Top a final value ranging from 92.5k - 97.5k.
Well, that's all! I hope this suggestion isn't a wreck now that I (should) know how to do these correctly.

It was sold for that sunbeams tundra indate at 140 keys + those sweets (max heads...) basically he traded that green energy as 75 keys payment and add those sweets to reach the 140 keys sunbeams tundra price.
So you have to resuggest and add that info because is a recent sale
You need to include the compare link for where the frostbite boxcar sold for 145 pure as well, I can't find it.
A couple problems here.
1. You can't have a range since you've only provided 1 sale and you can't have a range with 1 sale
2. This hat has a lot more than 1 sale so you need to take those into account as well
3. You can't really factor in a "~15% overpay" into a sale. You need to just take the values of hats and base it upon that.

Yea, thanks for that. Still kind of a useless point for this suggestion in particular since that range makes no sense w/ only 1 sale, but that's a nice point for future suggestions
I mean, @calling it useless, that would mean 2 of 3 of your points are also useless because any one of these four things would kill the suggestion (assuming the other recent sales are valid). you seemed to be listing most of the issues, so I thought, why not just chime in and complete the list
