I do think it's a little unfair here that 11 has been unsold for half of a month however you exclude the high volume of sales at 8. 8-11 is the call here.
Even with buyers at 8 and above tho? Surely those sales will be quicksells?
You say "and above" as if they are offering you half a key over 8 or so; they're offering 8.01. When 8 makes up half of all data points, I think it's fine to use here. Our job is to report common data points, and 8 is one of them.
Sorry I just saw 8.XX and assumed it was more than .01 :p
