Current market price is right around 20.88 ref. (not the most accurate but much closer then the current ~13.17ref)

In exhibit 2, the price of the item is 1.14USD which corresponds to ~28.55ref. I believe this justifies bumping the price to ~20.88 and would make it slitely more expensive the the regular ticket
