I dont like the idea of only relying on the two highest sales here when sales at high and low ends are balanced out, because of one (potentially lucky) fast sale. This feels very lopsided, and while I am not trying to argue that you should make this 95 flat, I also dont think it is a good idea to leave them out.

I actually think the sales are too spread out here. Im not so sure how I'd feel about 95-185 with what we have here especially since we dont know the BO in the jeep sale. I guess if it were updated now itd have my preference over only using the highest two sales, but all in all I think leaving outdated is not that bad an option here.
