other proof would be the sell orders, ranging from 24 to 26

All of the Unusuals have prices that are outdated (i.e too old to use). You'll have to find sales on those before you can price this. Also, while your range values come out of nowhere, 23.5 rounds to 24.

You also have a 27k sale here

as already mentioned there was another sale for 27 that would need to be included as the high end.

Also round 23.5 to 24 as already stated. Hats also need minis, this sugg needs to be fixed.
