So just do some look up and fix? Or what should be done here then?

that entirely depends on what value you find for the third sale provided. If it ends up around the 24 sale then 46 will be a clear outlier, or an indication the engi cap is too high.

If that sale remains inconclusive, then this is best left outdated (along with the cap I suppose).

So if it is 24 or so for the third sale, the ten gallon would be priced at the 43 or so range? Correct me if I'm wrong

nah, 46 will definitely not work here :P unless the other sale somehow backs up that as a data point
