MINI: Open suggestion for Hard Hat at 205 keys: https://backpack.tf/suggestion/5c43bf0944325a333a676abb
205-167.5= 37.5 keys
Quick rundown of sales, in keys
20, 22, 22, 37.5, 43, 51.5
Sales less than 2 months old:
20, 22, 22, 43
Bumped sell listings up for more than 2 weeks:
25 keys: https://backpack.tf/item/7309363552 --up for 2 weeks
30 keys: https://backpack.tf/item/7250537596 --up since last month
Using month old buyout to trim numbers from sales
20, 22, 22
Since the 30 key listing hasn't sold in a MONTH, it's reasonable to say that this hat is 30 keys at most
Now at this point, I'm using these numbers
20, 22, 22, 30
Going with a range of 20-30 keys.
edit: just making it look pretty
So your high-end is based off sellers?
My high end was going to be 43 keys since it was valid evidence of a sell (<2 months ago). The 30 key listing limited that, since that listing is still there after a month. That's how 30 ended up as the high-end.
Take 20-22 keys, unsolds aren't evidence
Not at all. This hat has sold for upwards of 30 keys (in pure and in unusuals) less than 2 months ago, which is valid evidence according to the guidelines. I explained why I set 30 as the high end in another comment.
Rules are rules, you can't set a highend with unsolds.
30 should not be in the range here; the rationale saying 30 hasn't sold in a month is an indication the higher sales are very likely outliers.
As a heads up: the sale for the hard hat should not be used here, but should be used there instead.
