Hmm, i mean nothing really indicates, that the sale is high. Otherwise the range is a very normal size.

Edit: Altho if you think 57 to be closer to 60, then it kiiinda seems high? Idk, a 20 key range doesnt seem bad at all.

it's the fact you have sales at 40 41 57

57 is very much situated away from the other 2 sales.

if you had sales at 40 41 56 57 then fine that's justifiable. but with a single sale that varies quite a bit to the others, that's what an outlier is.
