Is procuring a usable mini for a duped item the same as finding one for a regular unusual? Would I just go out and find some valid sales on it?
Or can I use the current clean sellers at 30 keys as a price?
Blizzardy Hat With No Name has sellers around 30 keys, and those are clean ones. Would it be fair to go with a price of 30-52 keys? (95 as an outlier)

personally i'd prefer a range of 46-52 taking the lower and the higher sales as outliers
