This is obviously low, if this is the only sale then I suppose it makes sense given that the other is unlikely to ever sell. I believe this should be closed until another sale arises as the current owner is looking to resell. Close this and wait for another sale.
This will be left up for a month until he resells, if he hasnt resold by that time, it will be accepted, as there is no indication right now of the sale actually being too high.
Your suggestion will inevitably make it more difficult to sell, if there is a pending suggestion at 225 don't you think SOME people will notice and not pay as much? To give a realistic sale I think you should really close this, 225 is unjust and even if it isn't, having this lowly suggestion will make it harder to fetch more.
Yeah, it will make the hat harder to dump for ~425, thats for sure, but this is a very much realistic sale either way. Anyway, on what basis is the suggested price here low? The idea behind the 1 month wait is to determine whether it is or not. If for example noone who is genuenly interested in the hat/no collector will have paid more than the suggested price by then, then the suggested price obviously isn't low. Atm, there is nothing that proves this sale to be too low.
On what basis is his price tag realistic? Ill give you some counter proof in the form of common sense. The Ooze Law, which is 1 of 1 (note, that while Amaranthine is the better effect of those 2, its 1 of 2) is recently updated at 273 keys. Whole of a sudden, the suggested price here doesn't seem as much far off as Jeffreys buyout is, huh. As a side note, why do you associate us suggesters with the word pairs/sentences "knocking down" and "please, be a human"? We are very much human and mean no harm. All we do is report sales and do the economy a favor on keeping as many hats in date and pricing as many hats as possible.
I’m going to try and provide my evidence on this situation and yes, I am the one who bought it
1. The Original Owner asked for a buyout of 350-400 , this was on Jan 21, he later put it up for sale on the SCM for around $440 (210 Keys-ish, and so far no info on how long it was up), I asked him how much pure price on Jan 30 or 31, he said 235 Pure, showing that it was a decent drop from his original price, making it a QS
2. Amaranthine is better than Ooze (You said it yourself), so why would this be less than Ooze? and by a decent amount.
3. My current buyout is 425, so then why did you say the new price (225) is near that when it obviously isn’t? Again, showing that there some holes here that might want to be worked out
4. This specific law is duped, and like the older price suggestion, wouldn’t that make this specific sale invalid?
Conclusion: I think it would be better to wait for another sale (Any new sales will be difficult to get because of this suggestion). Overall, I’m saying this is an outlier, the guy I bought it from didn’t seem that interested into tf2 anymore too (He requested pure or CSGO only).

Bring a counterpoint then, please. Frostbite and Phantasm Jr Laws are selling for over 325 respectively, and 225 is very low compared to the buyouts of both Jeffrey's as well as the previous owners and especially compared to what other Law's are selling for.
There is simply no need to bring a counterpoint, ive already proven my point.
How? By comparing it to the Ooze which is recent at nearly 50 keys higher, an effect which undoubtly sells worse and is priced lower every time? These suggestions mean no harm, only good, but on rare ones like these they do nothing but plague the owner and sellability. For all you know, he may cop-out and sell this for low because of how hard this suggestion may make it to sell.

All we do is report sales and do the economy in favor on keeping as many hats in date and pricing as many hats as possible." and yet you leave this suggestion up knowing that it may make it harder to sell or selling for less, giving an unrealistic price. I'm done here, you can easily take the second and be kind and close it and wait for him to resell for a more reasonable price but something must be motivating you to leave it up regardless...

Look man, this suggestion does NOT affect me personally. I just hate seeing these suggestions screw my friends, and genuinly GOOD hats, because it's the only available sale. The sale is completely valid, but if it's a hat as rare as this and if the b/o's are so much higher and the price in general being weak compared to the other Law's, then I have every right to say that this could be considered low. End of story.
I'll briefly address the issues pointed out above (I think it would've been nice if Crimson would have).
1. This situation does not necessarily make the sale unusable on the grounds of it being a qs. Gradually lowering one's BO until they sell can simply mean it struggled to sell for more, but does manage to sell at the given value. This does not mean it is impossible to get more, but it also does not mean that the value is guaranteed to be too low.
2. Tier comparison as such does not work that way. There is no written rule that amaranthine has to be higher than ooze, similar to the commonly used argument "burning > scorching" which also does not hold in every case. Extending this to the later replies: tier comparison as such most definitely does not work when comparing this to frostbite or hpjr, effects that are not remotely similar or comparable. Tier comparison can be something that indicates a value may be off (i.e. if ooze is fresh at 1000 and ama ends up at 100 one might say there's an unreasonably large discrepancy, but even then it may simply mean ooze is too high). We will never reject a suggestion because a similar effect is not priced on par with the suggested value.
3. What something is listed at and what something actually sells for are two different things (this also resonates in the comments, where selling values of other effects were mentioned). It is actually not uncommon for sellers to be above actual selling value so that they have some wiggling room.
4. This could be a valid concern. I'm personally not opposed since it seems the only clean one has never hit the market (and thus the market consists of dupes only), but Ill run it by other mods since we review these case by case.
As a reply to the conclusion:
Outliers are determined by the deviation from the mean. Without a second sale or data point there's no way to confidently call something an outlier :P more sales would be needed to establish that, but so far I see little indication of this ending up an outlier for now.

Wouldn't it make more sense to close this suggestion and wait for another sale to arise? This suggestion lingering here may hinder it for selling for what it would sell for normally. That is my only issue.
