It doesn't matter, you're using dupe sales. If they were clean, then you could use the suggestions, but you need duped minis, and duped are completely unrelated to the clean suggestions three months ago.
The duped sales cited in those suggestions are 5mo and 90+days, therefore you need new sales for both of them.

260-400 based on unsold low end is too wide and too inaccurate of a range

Been in mp bot for 2 months, and 260-400 is too wide of a range either way.
Two discrepant sales and mods will tell you to leave unpriced
can you proove that is for sale at this price for 2 months. it can be on the bot and not listed or listed at different price ealier.
It is very likely that it was for sale for 2 months here; that's a far more logical assumption here than to assume it was listed on mp without a price tag until a few days ago :P in most cases, a hat is listed whenever it's put in the bot. I understand the questioning when you see a really low value on a hat or when it has also sold on marketplace for much more while it was in the bot, but I see no such indications (not even a withdraw and deposit back mechanism).
However, a far more apparent reason why this is far too high is ignored here:

The buyer resold it for about half of what he paid (and it's not the first time I've seen that with this particular trader). The sale at 400 is guaranteed an outlier here, regardless of the marketplace seller's age (that's just further support that it is in fact an outlier :P)
