    Its being used there but it appears to be an indication that the suggested value is really high here (even at buyers on all those hats the belt places the rack sub-100 and its the same person that paid 150)

      Further support:

      Misty belt resold by the same trader for much less. It should be apparent that this sale is an outlier as a whole, as indicated by my earlier comment. Closing.
