Edit:

Classified Listings also support this as bots buy at 11 and there is a seller for non strange at 16 keys

that doesn't support 13 specifically though, just that it should be no higher than 16 probably and not 11 or less

In the spirit of inclusivity, I'm going to make an exception and accept this. I want to encourage people new to this community to participate to make this place a better place rather than deter them with our seemingly arbitrary rules. 3 months is an arbitrary cut-off. This is barely older than that and only a 13 key unusual suggestion. I'm willing to accept.
