Not bulk. Its worth more than Anger so should be used (if possible)

Sale 4, both the anger and specs were sold for an unusual weapon and taunt, so completely excluded.
Sale 1 I am pretty sure suggestor isn't going to make, so it is opened for anyone.

This will need more digging into. Sales 1 and 2 both seem to be under 40 in value and possibly under 40 by a significant amount.
