No, they just changed their listing from 35 to 37. But that means they will take 35 pure or possibly even less if offered. We are waiting for them to sell because I'd wager the sales will be lower than your suggestion at 37 flat.

One of them actually sold. Can't tell if 35 or 36 pure, but I think you're close enough here
