I included it because there was the recent sale at 3.88, showing they would pay that much but now there are sellers for 3.66. If there weren't sellers for 3.66, 3.88 would be in the range.
Doesn't make sense to include 3.66 ref still. So in a case that I sell for 10 keys and current sellers are at 9 keys, then does this mean that this item is worth 9 keys? Same logic can be applied here. You need actual sales to back your high end.
