This thing has only collector value, cant really show-off in game, so duped tag brings value down a lot (a lot more then in case of unusuals).
You can't drop with dupes as far as I know

there's no clean ones in existence
Normally this would fall under "It's duped so you cant lower the price"
However, there is no known clean one in existence. This would be similar to the Vintage Shortstop where you can change its priced with a dupe.
Vote for me, however a mod should decide that more specifically.
