Unpriced hat, only had 1 price suggestion, which is 4 years old and was rejected.


It was sold on Marketplace for 95$, which would be ~38 Keys when we calculate it with 2.49$ a key. (38.15 Keys to be exact.)

I can confirm that, because I am the buyer and this thing is doomed to rot in my backpack for all eternity.

    But key price when a sale happens on marketplace.tf requires you to use the value key go at on the day of the sale on marketplace.tf which is currently 1.79$

    95$/1.79$ = 53.07

    I would advised waiting till tomorrow and check key price on the graph https://marketplace.tf/items/5021;6/Mann%20Co.%20Supply%20Crate%20Key to cofirm key price but if it stays at 1.79$ you'll have to resuggest at 53 Keys flat.

      But I was about to say the same thing, you have to use the current median price of a key from marketplace. Your sale is completely valid and everything, just the math is wrong. No worries! Congratulations on your purchase!

        I never heard anything about using the marketplace key prive to value items.

        Is that stated anywhere or do you know any price suggestion that did that ?


        I get where you are coming from, and I gladly take the ~15 key increase in price by doing that, but wouldn't the offical (steam) key price be more important/ consistent than the mp.tf key price ?


        I'll re-do the suggestion should I get a confirmation on your statements.
