Sold for 775$ (Key price is 1.77, rounds to 438 keys) on Marketplace + a Strange Professional Killstreak Gunslinger (Sellers at 38, buyers at 36.39).

Just rounding the total to 475. Previous sale is still in-date, using a range of 250-475

Buyer does not intend to resell, and even if he would, it is now untradable forever (rip)

Thanks, and have fun!

    range is way too wide

225? Ehh, I'd agree with you personally, but it is small in comparisons with prior ranges. For example, the old C9 Potassium Bonnett price was 450-900.

Quick question, where did you get a range from with just one sale?

Ok, from previous suggestion. But don't you think 225 keys would be countered by buyers at 200?

Previous sale was 250, so I think its not too close to the buy orders

250 would also kinda counter buyers. Especially since it was a pure sale.

Given that the other sale is at 475.

I dunno . Let a mod respond to this .

I would argue common sense should apply here in the fact that not all rules have to be followed exactly to the letter. Yes, the previous trade is 2 months old which is technically in date, however the large jump in value, and the fact it was with (mostly) cash and not a bunch of overpriced items, implies this is a more accurate representation of it's real world value.

I believe the overall point of this site/service is to capture, as close as possible, the real world value of an item, not mindlessly log events (e.g. sales are sales). I think this should be 475 flat.

Also a collector sale, old sale was pure as well. Large jump in value is due to the buyer, gl finding anyone else rebuying for that

Don't forget that collectors purchases - more than anything else - are likely to be outliers, since collectors tend to pay way more for a hat than anyone else would.

I'm fine utilizing a wide range to incorporate their purchase in this case, as a solution that includes their purchase.
