I think This effect is well... Cuz 1. It is an ornament that all mercenaries can use. 2. Nice effect! Really 3. 19.5 is so cheap... :/ Most public hats cost more than 20 Keys.

You need proof of sales in a price suggestion, personal opinion alone means nothing. You can find proof of sales via backpack history (best done via premium search- look for recent owner changes), marketplace.tf sale history, or steam market sale history.
