The new sale posted in the comments is much lower. its with the same user as the one in your first sale (the belt +80); the one of which it is said him not being banned at the time means its fine for the suggestion.

Im not so sure Im okay with only using his purchase when he had to sell much lower. Subsequently Im not sure this should be priced yet, as the concern here would be that this is too high since both other sales are lower than the only sale that'd be used here if you were to price it without it.

Closing here on account of my earlier comment. With the situation as we have it here, its probably best to wait for more sales here.
