Sale #2 was a quicksell. I bought it for 21 keys and 15 ish refined.

There's 3 sales at 22 Keys and one at 30, the common data point show that 22 needs to be included

I am actually uncertain of your sale 2, but with the new sales backing up the higher values, I'd prefer a more conservative 28-30 here. 2 and 5 are pretty old sales and 3 and 5 both quicksold.
