it's probably not fair to raise the nostra whilst disregarding this sale, while dropping this as well under the same conditions. I would favor both to be held off for more sales. I don't see why this would not be low here just like it is considered to be on the nostra.

Low on Nostra, since buyers at that (even if for clean version) and high here since unsolds at 120 for 4 and 6 months. Still close both?

Since the gap between the sales is huge I dont think taking a flat end for either is a good call :P 130 being on the high side doesnt mean 75 is a better value than current :P If the sellers were at 80 it'd be a different story. Same for the nostra especially since the buyers there are for clean ones (in some cases even specified). 75 could be on the low side but 130 may also be high :P

Oops, thats a good point. 75 is most likely too extreme alone.
