Please respond as to why you are adding this data or wish me to do. There's also a $6 sale within scope, should I adjust/re-open with 3.5-16?

I'm adding this data because it's a pure sale on this hat that wasn't included in the suggestion. There's no justification here for why 16 (an unusual taunt trade) is more reflective of this item's value than the pure sale at 11. As it stands, the suggestion will be left up for a month to see if more sales happen. These will tell us which sale is the outlier.
