I don't find this to be enough evidence, and the suggested price would double the value arbitrarily over a pair of unusual - unusual trades.

It doesn’t matter what you ‘find’ to be enough evidence. Sales are evidence, not some guy’s opinion. Nothing is arbitrary about this raise, the price is outdated and needs updated to reflect the current market.

I did read it and nothing stated is relevant to what I have stated. I don't think the evidence presented is enough to warrant a price increase this drastic.
