I feel that 163 keys is low for this considering:
Quickbuyers for 130
As soon as it was bought for 292 it went back up for sale shortly after
It sold for a presumably 215 key unusual (Power Surge Bonk Boy) shortly after
i had the buy order set for months @ 292$ and a week later i basically wanted to get rid of it so listed it for sale @400$ and it sold for that within 2 days

Also the bonk boy can be used to support this range because the bonk had a b/o of 215, so no hat would be valued more than that in pure in that sale.
