Bought for a clean Phosphorous Whoopee cap, proof: https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198042599456#!/compare/1552867200/1553644800 (i dont think phoshorous whoopees are 60ish keys anymore therefore 45-55 keys, as i bought the whoopee from steam market for 100ish euros.)

You will need to give the whoopee a proper valuation here. Find the exact value you bought the whoopee for and divide by the value of keys on SCM at the time. It should be a single number, not a range. You can use that to price this at a fixed value as long as no other usable sales have happened.
