this hat's value is less than half of the trade. Not real usable to price this hat

can't pull a range from one sale

Umm, it doesn't matter what a hat is 'valued' by the seller at.

I could value a craft hat at 10 keys, that's doesn't mean the price is 10 keys.

As Adolf and Vrakos already stated, the sale is clearly a bulk sale and you cannot pull a range from a single sale.
