Sale 2 really wasn't bulk, but the seller got banned the day of the trade, and the buyer dumped it for alot less, plus it's above current seller. Still an outlier but not bulk. Seems clear the seller just wants it priced higher though

You cant outlie a sale because its too high or low you need 1 more sale that is close to one of the ends otherwise the other sale would be meaningless i would say wait for another sale
