Considering the circumstances of all the sales,

Going with 25 - 28 keys .

with sales at 13, 15, 15, 16, 25, 28, it's probably best to leave this unpriced now since sales are all over the place. no real reason why the lower sales are outliers and the higher ones aren't

Um, the current market kinda supports 13-16 being low outliers.

Even the people it was sold to and time taken to sell support then as low/quicksells

Could you please elaborate what you mean? (not being rude/arrogant , just a little confused)

1 of the 15 key sales took 5 days and the 16 key sale took 3 weeks i wouldn't call those fast.

i guess what i'm trying to say is that you have so many sales that are lower than your suggested price that they can't all be outliers hence why it would be better to leave this unpriced until sales start to stabilise and not vary so much from each other.

Hmm, I see both sides of this but since you're more experienced, I'll close it and wait for more sales.
