Whilst it goes against my own intrests I feel obligated to report that I just bought a pro collectors for $7 on mp. No clue why it was so low, I would consider it an outlier personally.
Considering there’s dedicated buyers for over 10 keys, that is definitely an outlier. Your buy order is even 2 months old. Unfortunate for the seller, but their fault for not doing research...
