Where did you get 4-6 from?

From the buyers and sellers, the highest reasonable price is 6 keys and the lowest is around 4 keys but they mostly average at 5 keys

With lots of sellers at 4-4.5, the high end of 6 is likely going to be too high. You will need sales to support that high end.
