with sales at 7, 9, 12 and 18 I do not think a flat value is the way to go; this is clearly all over the place. Im assuming 7 is wrong since I can't imagine Junio selling below generic buyers, but thats an aside.

Unless new sales occurred Id leave this unpriced.
