Can't prove all 46 Refined since they don't show, but there's enough in the Buyer's backpack to still round the sale to 7 Keys.

Seems like that could be included here especially given how close 4.5 is to buyers. Since it sold around that value more often, 4.5 should most definitely stay in the range though.
