How can you call the golden pan sale an outlier here? This will definitely not work as a flat 1000 when there are two sales. Will need a range here. You can use the current suggestion for the pan as a mini

The phantom + a lot more for Gpan, phantom does not make up 50% of the trade rendering it invalid.
but then we have 2 incredibly far apart sales. even if it is bulk, the value taken on that Phantom is, as you said, lower than 50% of a Gpan, or less than500 keys.
The dude had declined way higher amounts for the party, he was not interested in selling separately. He was only interested in giving multiple of his unusuals for Gpan and only Gpan.
so, he declined offers of more than 500 keys only to sell it for less than that? sounds fishy to me.
He was interested in pan, and pan does go for alot more in items and he offered mainly items.
I doubt the pan consistently gets offers of 2000 in unusuals, if the Phantom is valued at 1000.
I've had 3 pans and I've gotten 2.2k in unusuals for em namely miscs.
Jarool also got near 2k a week ago for his in miscs.
While I can't disprove those offers, i doubt you could prove them too.
That still doesn't convince me that the Phantom would end up valued far lower than 1000 keys.
If by your own admission the Phantom doesn't make up 50%, this sale is either lucky or too high.
Before I did the trade, I had a 765 pure offer, after I got the le party Rinn (collector of sorts offered 1k)
Not really surprised as both previous clean owners wouldn't budge. It would have cost them quite a bit to get it.
but him allowing it to go for a Golden pan seems like he didn't expect that much, since the offers came to you, and apparently, not to him.
The offers did come to him, though as he told me he wasn't interested in the keys only the item itself
and the gold pan itself had more appeal to him.
If this needs to be closed, I don't mind however this is the only clean sale occurring anytime soon.
Not sure about your math there. Please double check. Using the current suggestion for the pan and the current prices on those hats, phantom is clearly >50% of the trade.

Feel free to resuggest with a range. It looks like the pan sale will be close to 700. So 700-1000 would work. But you'll need to do the proper math for that sale.
