KE + strange atomic translator (29) + mega strike victory lap (which you could mini at ~13 keys) + 9 keys sweets = morning glory bomber (open suggestion at 210). This would make the KE 160 or so.

All in all I suggest a range of 160-180 for the KE, as the sale you've also currently identified would fit into that range.
