30-31 here
I probably would have gone with 30-36 here. Not really sure why 36 was called an outlier compared to sales at 30 and 31. It's really the same as a range of 10-12.
But given that in the month this has been up, the sellers still haven't sold and we have newer sales at even less than 30, I think this will work now that we have sales as outliers on both ends of the range.
