OK this is gonna be messy.

Sold this a couple months back after buying to keep, but the trade was done in a really weird way so I figured I'd need to be the one to suggest it.

Basically, the buyer was interested but needed to spend a long time building up pure in order to afford it and therefore asked for long reservation with a big down payment. So, we discussed for a while and agreed that he would pay roughly half the keys up front when he got them, and in return I would reserve it for around a month (which it turned out to be less than in the end).

85 + 9 + 81 = 175, which was my buyout for the Harm to begin with

Unfortuately all chat logs from these are gone by now, but if necessary for proof I can get buyer to attest that he paid in installments for reservation, etc. Otherwise hope this beautiful spy hat gets its nice and high price.

This isn't as weird as you think it is, I've seen some trades where people do this before. It would be really sad to watch the thing you wanted get traded away as you try and collect pure, so this is a fine solution.

Although, the last suggestion for 137 keys, your initial purchase, is technically still in date. It actually goes out of date tomorrow. I think some people might tell you to resuggest at 137-175 to incorporate the last sale, but personally I think this is okay. Maybe you could wait for a moderator to clear this part of it up.

Last sale was kind of a quicksale, at least when I bought it from Beaser he classified it as one, plus that sale is to the point where it may as well be excluded.

Were any keys paid as reservation fees? it is not uncommon in situations like this that people pay more than needed to ensure they get the hat

I didn't exactly ask for reservation fees, rather I reserved it properly once he payed the 85 keys up front. Considering it was a really generous down payment I didn't ask for any reservation fees.
