Bad effect, Bad taunt. Other low tier effects on this taunt are around that same 4-5 key price range, and while there are still not very many other priced roaring rocket taunts, the ones that are priced are also pretty consistent with this.

Almost all sales I could find for this were 8-9$, which is pretty consistent with the price.(4 sales on marketplace in February).
