The seller was at 575$ before (its in the screenshot in your suggestion). May be worth including at least the $580 seller, has been there for a month at the very least.

With the other seller fluctuating I guess this approach would give a conservative drop

here is the reason because i think your suggestion is wrong you should look how to make a suggestion based on duped unusuals and here is the point.

If the hat you are pricing is duped, you cannot lower the value of its clean version based on its sale. Sales of duped hats can be used as supporting evidence or as proof to raise the value on an unusual or to set a price on an unpriced unusual if there are no clean sales.

EXCEPTIONS - A hat may be lowered in priced using duped sales if

The last price suggestion that induced a raise is based of a duped sale + there is no evidence that a clean one sells for more

Both these criteria are met:

Also, like J said, there's now a sale for 195 and 210, and considering that that's way lower than the only other sale for 360 (which was already above a decently long unsold), so even ignoring this whole clean dupe stuff I think 330-360 won't work with newer sales.

Not so quick. There is still plenty of points in favor of this suggestion.

I don't know the rules 100%, but it says something on the lines of dupes can only be used if the clean unusual hasn't been traded in some years or in a dead bp. I think since there is one activity being sold it should not count.

a.) No premium on either trading site and no major trades on either trading site for the past 6 months and that they are Inactive/Offline on steam and have very low hours in tf2 (recently)

b.) That they are Trade banned/unable to trade. here is the last update about the duped unusuals

you broke with both points because the past suggestion was based on a clean one and there is 1 seller with this clean unusual so bp moderators should considerate it.

I'm gonna strongly disagree here. We have notable evidence that the clean version is up for sale. 1. There is an ACTIVE trade that was only put up two months ago - https://bazaar.tf/trade/1627766. 2. In his steam profile he has the clean TC listed as an item for trade. I understand that the previous suggestion was based on a dupe sale, but when that previous suggestion was accepted there was not a clean TC FOR SALE, like there is now. My understanding is that the price of a hat should not be lowered by a dupe (especially a mass dupe life this), if there is a clean version for sale. It's simply not fair to the owner of the clean version.

Seems like around the price of buyers. In that case everything could be an outlier, not sure. Still need to look into your sales, that i still find hard to believe to exist.
