To be honest, even if there are 2 sales at 46, this looks suspicious since buy orders for any effect for 45 and 45.22 keys. Also another sale here (buy order probably)

yeah i think 46 is low, even though there has been 2-3 sales, buy orders kinda counter this price.

I think we're going to have to agree to disagree. This would be different if there was another sale at some time that sold for more, even if it could be regarded as an outlier. However in this case, EVERY single sale was sold to a quickbuyer, and this also includes already outdated sales:

Not a single sale above 46, which makes me question if the buy order price for this is really low or not. In this case, the proof seems to point that this shouldn't really be worth more than that.

To prove my point, another effect(Terror-Watt) is selling for only 5 keys above the quickbuyer value for any Pullover:

If there was an argument that this pullover was worth more than 46, then it'd have to sell above the price that Terror-Watt is asking. As otherwise, it could be disregarded as "close to quickbuyers", which is already the reason we think this is low to begin with.

I'll go ahead and accept this. If this pullover is really worth more than what quickbuyers are willing to pay for it, then we'll find out whenever the time comes to update this in the future.
