245. Going with 250 keys, don't feel like 125 - 250 keys would be a good idea.

In general, in such situations, you can't just reject one of the sales as "too high" or "too low" without further explanation or rationale. If these would have been the only two sales, it would have been best to have left it unpriced.

I mean that kinda supports that this is high. Seems like the only other sales on that tower are something involving an outdated mohorn, and it then being dumped for pure at what I assume would be either sub 100 or just above 100.
The sale comes at more or less ~200 Keys, which depends on what the PIllar sale I found is worth.(for more context, the pillar suggestion i commented on was posted above)
So we have a sale at 125, a sale at ~200(pillar sale), and a sale at 250. While 250 flat is definitely high, we can now regard 125 as an outlier.
Since the pillar can't be updated in the meantime(as i commented on the pillar suggestion), this is best left unpriced until we're able to give it a proper price. If it DOES recieve a proper suggestion, a range of ~200(pillar sale)-250 should work when the time comes.
