Most classifieds being sold near the bottom of page 2 are spelled/painted, with the lower end of buyers having a large gap at 4.49 Keys and 4.25 Keys.
Low range is mostly based on what classifieds are averaged out at, high range is based off of the sales from marketplace.
Sorry if this looks a mess, I'd have gotten the bot.tf stats if possible. If this could be improved at all I'd greatly appreciate any feedback!

1. Is the best place to find sales for items like this bot.tf stats, would I need to do backpack comparison and the like, or is there somewhere else to look around for that? I'd be glad to go looking around if possible
2. Would that mean high end is too high, or too low due to sellers?
1. Bot.tf would be best to find sales as it gives an overview of sales, but compare links of sales that support your range would work as well
2. The high end is too high as current sellers [~4.5 Keys] counter the high end of 4.65 keys in your range
